Have a Go Day provides an exciting opportunity to welcome new players and their families to Victoria park Belmont Baseball Club. It is our first chance to introduce prospective members to the Club's culture, values and community in a relaxed, friendly and inclusive environment.

Key Objectives for the day include:

• Welcoming new families and introducing the Junior Liaison Officer as a friendly and approachable point of contact for any questions throughout the season.

• ​Building relationships with parents and prospective players through informal conversations and by answering any questions they may have.​

• Showcasing the Club's culture and values whilst introducing families to the opportunities available within our junior program.

• Explaining the junior development pathway, player opportunities and the basics of baseball for those new to the sport.

• Providing a Junior Family Welcome Pack, including key contacts, important dates and helpful information about the upcoming season.

• Encouraging families to stay connected by inviting them to join our communications network through QR code or 'Stay Connected' registration form.

The day is about creating a positive first impression, making families feel welcomed and supported and demonstrating the inclusive community that makes Victoria park Belmont Baseball Club a great place to play baseball.
